“What would the person I intend to become do next?” Love that question!
In essence, whenever, I’m asked a question I find it interesting where my mind goes! This week we watched a video and as I watched it for the second time…I was amazed at how my mind responded as if it were a movie camera listening to every word!
We were asked to look at 5 action steps: 3 Gratitudes, Kindness, Exercise, Reliving a moment and Sit in Silence. Along with looking at being HAPPY…however not necessarily doing something that causes you to be happy but be HAPPY first and pursue whatever it maybe in a state of HAPPINESS!!! Live life HAPPY…choose HAPPY!!!
As I engage in HAPPINESS…I’m finding it showing up all around me! Also, believing we reap what we sow…awareness is the beginning of TRANSFORMATION! Loving what I’m becoming aware of on this journey … “THE MASTER KEY EXPERIENCE!”
So then, “What would the person I intend to become do next? Choose to SMILE AND BE HAPPY…EnJoy my Authentic Self!!!
