What is it that shows up when I’m feeling anxious? Oh yes…an old blueprint! I am so grateful to be doing the MKMMA Experience! All I have to do is go inside and ask myself, what are you thinking and what are your daily behaviors or habits? One being a SIT…that quiet time sitting still and going inside and listening to the “Wisdom” inside of me!
I’m learning to embrace Five Behaviors: 1) Gratitudes 2) Being aware of Kindness 3) Exercise 4) Reliving a nice moment and 5) Sit in silence! Daily Habits can change one’s life! This course is a HABIT that has been TRANSFORMATIONAL!
The skills and putting the behaviors into practice make such a difference! Whatever the language maybe in speech or body it is saying something! However, the GEM is, “The Power of Thought” what I’m thinking and what are my actions saying to the outer world! By being an observer of myself…and creating a practice by doing the behaviors I feel happier…life is good and a joy!
